PPC Manager (Google Ads, high budgets)
We are a recruitment agency helping our clients build strong and successful teams.
Now we’re looking for a PPC Manager for our long-term partner.
The company operates in the gambling vertical, but we are considering candidates only from “white” niches — preferably mobile marketing, but also SaaS, utilities, subscription-based services, etc.
This is a key role where you’ll work with large-scale budgets ($100k+/month), build a systematic performance marketing strategy, and directly influence business results.
It’s crucial to know how to optimize campaigns by CPI, ROAS, LTV, CAC and build effective user acquisition funnels tailored to the product.
What you’ll do:
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube Ads, UAC);
- Manage budgets of $100k+/month with full performance responsibility;
- Optimize towards key metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC;
- Run A/B tests, validate hypotheses, and improve landing pages & funnels;
- Implement automation (bid strategies, scripts, optimization rules);
- Work with analytics tools: GA, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust;
- Deliver regular reports and growth recommendations.
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of experience as a PPC specialist;
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, UAC);
- Proven track record of managing large budgets ($100k+/month);
- Solid understanding of KPIs: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC;
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach;
- Nice to have: experience in mobile marketing (apps, SaaS, subscriptions).
