Business Automation Developer (Python, n8n, AI, Vector DBs)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Business Automation Developer to design and implement end-to-end automation solutions—specifically, systems that streamline client support workflows, ticket and invoice generation, application processing (e.g., for booking platforms), and seamless integration across tools.

Your work will involve building workflows using n8n (or similar automation platforms), integrating with various APIs and CRM systems, leveraging Python for backend logic, and applying AI/LLM features such as embeddings and RAG with vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using n8n (or comparable orchestration tools).
• Integrate with external/internal systems (support platforms, CRMs, ticketing tools, payment systems) via APIs and webhooks.
• Write backend logic in Python: building APIs, data processing, connecting services.
• Develop AI-powered assistants using LLMs: prompt engineering, vector search, and RAG workflows.
• Manage and utilize vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) for semantic search.
• Deploy and operate infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), including serverless components.
• Monitor, optimize, and document workflow automation and system architecture.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Python development.
• Proven experience setting up and managing workflows in n8n (or similar platforms like Make/Zapier).
• Strong understanding of REST API, webhooks, and typical authentication flows.
• Practical experience with vector databases and AI/LLM integration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment patterns (especially serverless or container-based).

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL and ability to document technical solutions clearly.

   

Nice to have (pluses)

• Experience in project domains like support ticket automation, invoicing, booking workflows.
• Knowledge of LangChain or other AI orchestration frameworks.
• DevOps skills: Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Good communication skills in English.
