Business Analyst (Vienna) Offline

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Business Analyst to join a leading international client in Vienna. This is an exciting long-term opportunity to work onsite in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with product owners, stakeholders, and agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear specifications.
Collaborate with Product Owners and agile teams to drive software development initiatives.
Manage requirements using Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira, Confluence, and related tools.
Apply user interface prototyping techniques to evaluate requirements and concepts.
Deliver end-to-end business analysis across the full lifecycle, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a leading IT Business Analyst in complex software development projects.
Proven background in agile software development.
Strong track record of successful project delivery covering the entire BA lifecycle.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with users, developers, testers, and subject matter experts.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Desirable / Asset Experience:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.
Knowledge of data analytics, statistical methods, and database querying.
Change management experience, supporting effective user adoption.
Hands-on mentality with fast-prototyping skills to validate requirements.
University degree in Computer Science or related field.
