π¬ What Youβll Do
- Design and execute effective lead generation strategies for IT products and services
- Use automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.) to find, verify, and qualify leads
- Research and analyze markets to identify and target the right audiences
- Build and manage a structured database of potential clients
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to turn leads into long-term partnerships
- Track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and constantly optimize results
β What Weβre Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience in IT lead generation
- Mandatory background in outstaff and outsourcing companies
- Proficiency with lead generation automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients
- English level: B2+ (both written & spoken)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Experience with automated marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.)
- Understanding of modern digital marketing strategies and growth hacking
