πŸ’¬ What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute effective lead generation strategies for IT products and services
  • Use automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.) to find, verify, and qualify leads
  • Research and analyze markets to identify and target the right audiences
  • Build and manage a structured database of potential clients
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to turn leads into long-term partnerships
  • Track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and constantly optimize results

 

βœ… What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven experience in IT lead generation
  • Mandatory background in outstaff and outsourcing companies
  • Proficiency with lead generation automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients
  • English level: B2+ (both written & spoken)

 

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Experience with automated marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.)
  • Understanding of modern digital marketing strategies and growth hacking
