Recruiter

Mine Marketing is a fast-paced digital marketing company.
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our fast pace team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in Marketing and Tech-related roles).
• Strong skills in headhunting and engaging passive candidates through various channels.
• Both written and spoken English at Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (or fluent) level.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience communicating with foreign candidates.
• Hands-on sourcing experience on job search sites and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, DOU, Djinni, GitHub, etc.).
• Attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Critical and creative thinking skills.
• Solid work ethic and self-motivation to exceed expectations.
• Willingness to step outside the assigned role to support the team.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn, job sites, and referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Processing data and communication on the job-search platform;
• Accurate maintaining a database of candidates;
• Creating a cheerful, welcoming and productive environment while working on enhancing the corporate culture and team spirit;
• Cooperating with other departments in building a community;

• Any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager or management.
