Project Manager $$ Offline

What will need to be done:

- Control of the development process and deadlines.

- Managing the development team and ensuring effective work.

- Identifying and solving problems that arise in the process of performing tasks.

- Conducting daily stand-ups, demo and retro sprints, generating ideas to improve the team’s interaction with each other.

- Project resource management and team workload responsibility.

- Control and management of design and technical documentation.

What we expect from you:

- Experience in managing IT projects in the position of Project Manager from 2 years.

- Experience in project management using the Agile/Scrum methodology (implementation of Agile management methodologies from scratch).

- Experience in creating design and technical documentation.

- Knowledge of team performance analytics tools.

- Communication skills — the ability to facilitate meetings.

- Risk management.

- English at B1 level.

It will be a plus:

- Technical background: understanding the stages and processes of web development projects

- Understanding the business logic of e-commerce projects
