We are looking for an experienced Amazon Europe Sales & Product Development Manager to join our team and help us scale our Montessori product line. This role involves managing our Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple European marketplaces, optimizing product listings, running advertising campaigns, coordinating with production in China and Romania, and identifying new high-potential products to launch.
This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our product range, improving brand visibility, and driving profitable growth.
Requirements:
🚀3+ years Amazon Product Development and Launch experience
🛒Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
📊Experience with Amazon PPC tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar).
🔍Proficiency in keyword research and SEO for e-commerce.
📑Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for sales tracking and reporting.
🖼️Familiarity with A+ Content creation and Amazon Brand Registry.
🚚Understanding of logistics, customs documentation, and product compliance in the EU.
💡Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
📚Strong communication skills in English (B2+).
Responsibilities:
🛒Manage and optimize Amazon listings across European marketplaces, ensuring high-quality content, accurate product descriptions, and SEO optimization.
🎯Plan, launch, and monitor PPC advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
🔍Research and source new Montessori products from China with strong market potential.
🤝Coordinate with Chinese manufacturers and the Romanian production team to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
✨Oversee product customization in Romania and create dedicated high-margin listings for these items.
📈Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
📢Collaborate with the marketing team and subcontractors to develop A+ content and promotional campaigns.
📊Prepare sales reports, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies.
