π About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Billing & Payments Manager to join our team. π
This role is key to building and scaling our payment infrastructure across Tier-1 GEOs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of PSPs, compliance, and billing systems in the iGaming space.
You will take full ownership of developing and managing the billing department β from negotiating with payment providers to implementing efficient internal processes that ensure seamless transactions and top KPIs.
π οΈ Responsibilities
π³ Search, negotiate, and sign contracts with payment service providers (PSPs) in Tier-1 GEOs
βοΈ Integrate and configure payment systems and gateways within the casino platform
π Build processes for monitoring key billing KPIs (PSP Cost, Approve Rates, Withdrawal Time, Hold %, etc.)
π Ensure smooth compliance with banks, PSPs, and gateways
π Establish and manage documentation workflows and contracts
π Develop and control routing, cascading, and orchestration processes for credit card payments
π Create alerting and reporting systems for fast reaction to KPI changes
β Requirements
π 2+ years of experience in a similar role within online casino/iGaming structures
π³ Strong expertise in working with PSPs: contracts, compliance, risks, red flags
βοΈ Deep understanding of casino billing processes: processing, cascading, routing, orchestration, refunds, chargebacks
π Experience in setting up internal billing processes from scratch
π§ Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of leading the payment function independently
π€ Strong negotiation skills and an existing network of PSP contacts (Canada, Germany, Greece, Austria, other Tier-1 markets)
