Marketing Content Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Content Manager to create content for our projects.
Currently, we are running several projects — both existing ones that we are actively scaling and new ones that are in the preparation or launch stage. All of them are connected to the logistics and freight transportation niche in North America.
Our ideal candidate has proven experience in writing scripts for video content, articles, and website content in English, and is ready to showcase previous work. This person should not only be capable of completing tasks but also have the ambition to eventually take on a leadership role in content marketing.

Who We’re Looking For
A Marketing Content Manager who:
- Creates various types of content: written texts (blogs, landing pages, technical articles, emails, social media posts), video scripts, as well as video and visual content in collaboration with internal and external contractors.
- Has skills in collecting and validating information for content creation.
- Publishes and optimizes content on company platforms (websites, landing pages) and is confident working with CMS systems.
- Understands UI/UX and how content integrates into design to impact user experience.
- Knows how to work with SEO specialists, understands technical requirements for texts, and can balance between being user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
- Understands how to distribute content across different platforms and promotion channels.
- Can use Google Analytics to evaluate content performance.
- Uses AI tools for content creation and review, and understands how to adapt AI-generated text appropriately.
- Clearly understands the main goal: how content drives client acquisition through different channels.
- Has an excellent command of written English (US style).
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and helps expand the client base.
- Manage content projects from technical specification to publication on company resources.
- Collaborate with external platforms regarding content placement.
- Write marketing texts: landing pages, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, video scripts, and coordinate production of video and other content together with contractors and SEO specialists.
- Plan and publish content on the website, working closely with UI/UX designers and developers.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams, as well as managers at various levels, to collect information and create high-quality content.
- Continuously analyze Google Analytics data on engagement and content effectiveness.
- Monitor competitors’ content strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience creating various types of content for the US market, ideally in logistics.
- Advanced written English proficiency.
- Ability to see content as a whole (from idea to post-publication appearance).
- Attention to detail and a perfectionist approach.
- Client-oriented mindset (both external and internal), strong teamwork skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and logical thinking skills, with experience in information collection and validation.
- Independence, proactivity, persistence, and a strong desire to grow and develop.
Nice to Have
- Degree in Philology or related field.
- Basic experience with Figma and SEO tools, as well as with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) for publishing content.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs and Google Analytics for traffic analysis or an understanding of how to retrieve such data.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX.
