Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role:

• Experience: Prior experience (internship/assistant role, 1 year+) is a plus, but not required. Experience with U.S./Canadian projects will be an advantage.
• Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing terms, processes, and metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.).
• Analytical Skills: Experience working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to manage data and reporting.
• Responsibility & Attention to Detail: You keep things organized and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Multitasking Skills: You can handle several tasks at once without losing focus.
• Discipline & Reliability: You follow through and meet deadlines consistently.
• Willingness to Learn: You quickly adapt to new tasks and are motivated to grow with the company.
• Team Spirit: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• English Proficiency: Intermediate level for daily communication and task coordination.

   

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for the marketing department.
• Coordinate contractors (freelancers, agencies) and monitor task completion.
• Maintain reports and spreadsheets to track performance and campaign progress.
• Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks.

• Assist with the execution, monitoring, and follow-up of marketing campaigns.
