Manual QA Tester (no automation) Offline

Fast-growing fintech startup at the intersection of finance, crypto, and high-load systems is looking for a Manual QA Tester (no automation).
 

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web-based products
• Design and execute test cases, checklists, and test plans.
• Conduct functional, UI/UX, regression, and integration testing.
• Focus on high-load or critical user scenarios.
• Report and document defects clearly; collaborate with developers to track and resolve issues.
• Participate in requirements analysis and release preparation.
• Prepare test reports and quality status updates.

Requirements:

• 1.5–2 years of manual testing experience.
• Experience with any kind of Web testing (web applications, apps, games) is mandatory.
• Familiarity with issue tracking (e.g., Jira, Click Up).
• Experience with Postman
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong self-management, attention to detail, and responsibility.
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or high-load environments is a plus.
