UI/UX Product Designer to $3000

The project is an AI technology startup company specializing in solutions for the retail industry. Our platform integrates an advanced AI agent into dealer websites, enabling seamless assistance for buying, selling, trading, and servicing. By combining personalized engagement with powerful data integration, we help businesses enhance user experience and boost conversions.

We are currently scaling our MVP. The team consists of 5 professionals: a Product Manager, Engineering Lead, and 3 Senior Developers (Front-end, AI, Back-end).


⚫️ Responsibilities

✦ Participate in Customer Discovery and user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, product analytics).

✦ Create User Flows, Personas, and Information Architecture to guide the design process.

✦ Develop Wireframes and UI kits.

✦ Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma with animations and transitions.

✦ Provide design consultations and advisory to internal teams and external clients.

✦ Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.


⚫️ Must-Have Skills & Experience

✦ 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.

✦ Proven experience with AI-related projects.

✦ Strong knowledge of UX processes and research methods.

✦ Solid grasp of UI design principles and techniques.

✦ Empathy and ability to identify target audience needs.

✦ Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.

✦ Experience with user behavior tracking, A/B testing, usability testing.

✦ Skills in color, composition, and typography hierarchy.

✦ Basic understanding of software development and technology.

✦ Strong team player with collaborative mindset.

✦ Upper-intermediate (B2+) English proficiency in both written and spoken form.

✦ Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects (required).
