About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialist to lead and support enterprise-level sales org implementations. This role requires deep technical expertise in Sales Cloud, strong integration skills, and a proactive mindset. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize lead management processes, and ensure data quality across systems. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a complex Salesforce Sales Cloud org with 1M+ records and hundreds of users.
  • Lead and support enterprise-level Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Collaborate with SalesOps to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and build automation using Flow Builder, SOQL, and Apex.
  • Manage and optimize lead workflows, data cleansing, and campaigns.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (PoS, Data Lakes, APIs, third-party tools).
  • Utilize DevOps tooling (Gearset, Copado, DevOps Center, GitHub) and manage version control.
  • Leverage Agentforce and Einstein product suite for advanced sales enablement.
  • Monitor system performance, manage data backups, and ensure platform reliability.
  • Support multi-channel operations (web, email, inbound).
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation: technical specs, change sets, release notes, in-app guidance, stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams using Agile and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).
     

    What We Expect:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, limits, and data security.
  • Strong expertise in Flow Builder, object/field structure, complex formulas, validation rules, assignment rules, and deep understanding of Sales Cloud features (Campaigns, CPQ, Orders, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Apex and SOQL, including debugging and deployment.
  • Proven track record in lead management and ensuring data integrity.
  • Experience with system integrations (Marketing Cloud, middleware, and data security models).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and Agile tools, including version control.
  • Experience with Einstein GPT, RAG, or similar LLM-enhanced AI tools.
  • Practical experience with Agentforce AI workflows and custom agent actions.
  • Experience with telephony/call center solutions.
  • Advanced Excel skills for working with large data sets.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and high attention to detail with a focus on scalable, clean solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with Salesforce ecosystem updates.
