Senior Integration Engineer

About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer for a long-term engagement. The project focuses on administering and developing the Celigo integration platform, which connects critical business systems – primarily Salesforce (Sales) and NetSuite (Billing).
Your mission will be to ensure seamless communication between these systems to support live deal processing and effective customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Act as domain specialist and system administrator for Celigo.
• Ensure system availability, performance optimization, and reliability of integrations.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues, collaborating with Celigo Support when needed.
• Provide internal support for Salesforce, NetSuite, and Celigo across the company.
• Work within a distributed Agile team.
• Leverage Celigo’s out-of-the-box features or design custom integration solutions.
• Streamline and automate business processes through integration and system enhancements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Celigo (Celigo Admin Certification is a strong plus).
• Hands-on experience building custom Celigo flows with complex logic and data transformations.
• Proven track record of engaging with Celigo Support for issue resolution.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce and NetSuite best practices and functionality.
• Experience with Change Management methodologies and moving changes from Dev to Production.
• Strong data manipulation, migration, and management skills.
• Ability to document complex requirements and drive user adoption of new processes.
• Proactive, analytical, and independent problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
