Junior Project Manager

What you’ll do:

• Assist the PM in managing small projects from initiation to delivery
• Communicate with clients, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks
• Participate in pre-sale estimations together with the PM and development team
• Support implementation of project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Monitor timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports
• Prepare meeting notes, follow up on action items, and help facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Support team motivation and transparency of processes
• Grow step-by-step into handling projects independently under the guidance of the lead PM

What we expect from you:

• Completed courses in Project Management
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Understanding of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) concepts and feature prioritization
• Familiarity with scheduling and project tracking tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, Youtrack). Willingness to learn is enough if you are not familiar with some
• Ability to break tasks into smaller deliverables
• Analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team and clients
• Willingness to learn pre-sale estimations and client interaction
• Upper-Intermediate English, spoken and written
• Good sense of humor 🙂
