Mission & Role Overview

As a Lead Generator, you’ll act as the pivotal bridge between DevKit and its future clients. Your mission is to uncover, engage, and qualify potential B2B leads—setting the stage for our growth and long-term partnerships.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Research & Prospecting: Identify leads by researching relevant companies and key decision-makers across target industries (SaaS, FinTech, healthcare, e-commerce)
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact using various channels—including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling—to spark interest and generate dialogue
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospects based on criteria such as business fit, needs, and engagement potential. Enter qualified leads into CRM
  • Handoff to Sales: Schedule meetings or product demos and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to sales or account teams
  • CRM & Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records of outreach efforts, engagement logs, and lead progression in CRM systems
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales to refine messaging, improve lead generation tactics, and monitor performance metrics

     

Who You Are

Experience: 2–3 years in B2B lead generation, sales development (SDR), or marketing roles

Communication: English level B1–B2—able to write emails, conduct basic outreach, and join simple meetingsSkillsFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), persistent outreach, and research techniques

Traits: Independent, self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented—capable of hitting targets and managing workflow efficientlyCollaborationComfortable working across teams and adapting to feedback from sales and marketing

 

Bonus (not required but advantageous):

  • Previous experience in IT, SaaS, or development services
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle or client needs in tech industries
