Team Lead Recruitment (Non-Technical)
We are seeking a Team Lead Recruitment to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team and drive excellence in hiring. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the recruitment team in closing vacancies and implementing effective sourcing strategies, while remaining hands-on and managing selected positions independently when needed.
- Set goals, provide mentoring, deliver regular feedback, and drive team development.
- Develop and optimize strategies for sourcing and attracting candidates for key positions.
- Work with recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.).
- Collaborate with hiring managers alongside recruiters, especially at the start of new searches, to clarify requirements and expectations.
- Implement best practices in recruitment, leveraging modern tools and automation.
- Conduct regular team and one-on-one meetings to align on needs and the current status of recruitment projects.
- Represent the company on the external market (HR brand, career events, professional communities).
- Ensure a high level of client experience at all stages of cooperation and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work with analytics: use data to improve process efficiency, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Analyze labor market trends, including salary expectations, candidate behavior, and recruitment practices.
Requirements:
๐ผ 6+ years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in a Team Lead or Recruitment Manager role managing a team of 5+ people
๐ Proven track record of successfully closing management and C-level positions
๐ป Practical experience in recruiting for at least two of the following areas: IT, product companies, outsourcing/outstaffing
๐ Experience building recruitment processes from scratch or significantly improving existing ones
โก Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes
๐ฃ Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
๐ Expertise in various sourcing and candidate assessment methods
๐ Experience working with analytics and recruitment metrics
๐ก Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, with knowledge of information security principles and adherence to ethical standards
๐ Experience in companies with partially or fully remote teams will be an advantage
