Game manager
The Game Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of game management, ensuring smooth integration, functionality, and visibility of titles across multiple projects. This role involves close collaboration with vendors, game providers, and internal departments to maintain accurate data, optimize game placement, and deliver engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with vendors to get information, proceed and provide it due to requests and requirements;
- Support correct flow between existing partners and other departments;
- Be responsible for the right data about games;
- Communicate with specialists of other departments, and set tasks;
- Manage game portfolio on few projects;
- Add new games to the website and ensure their full functionality and availability;
- Provide with game placement and visibility to improve user experience;
- Collaborate with game providers and aggregators on integrations, promotions, and content delivery;
- Prepare promotional plans and other content-related topics;
- Handle operational issues and game-related incidents in collaboration with QA engineer;
- Be responsible for game visuals and casino categories on websites;
- Manage technical parameters of games;
- Promote selected games to top categories to increase visibility;
- Ensure proper integration of games into marketing activities;
- Monitor, update, and manage game content in line with market trends;
- Conduct regular marketing research.
