Chief Product Officer (B2C+B2B), iGaming (partners project)

We’re looking for a strategic product leader to build the next generation of iGaming experiences — across player UX, back-office, and platform tooling.


This is a C-level track role for someone who sees the full board: users, operators, compliance, and business goals.

 

✅ Must-Have Experience

  • Proven B2C product leadership in iGaming
  • Strong understanding of player monetization, retention, and LTV
  • Experience launching and scaling products in regulated markets (MGA, Curacao, etc.)

     

Nice to Have

  • Platform-side (B2B) experience (CRM, bonus engine, back office)
  • Knowledge of operator operations, needs, and KPI drivers

🛠️ Your Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Leading 100+ employees
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, execution
  • Be the bridge between tech, marketing, BI, operations
  • Lead squads and influence across departments
  • Take KPIs personally: NGR, ARPU, churn, lifetime value
  • Act as CPO/CPTO depending on where you’re most needed

Your mission is to scale the B2C side and identify B2B upsell opportunities.


You don’t just optimize features — you drive growth at a strategic level.

  • In B2C, your focus is on expanding reach, boosting engagement, and increasing player LTV through data-backed decisions and cross-functional leadership.
  • On the B2B side, you identify platform features that create real value for operators — and turn them into monetization levers.
  • You know how to turn usage into revenue by aligning product development with market demand.

This is a helicopter-view role for someone ready to connect user experience, business needs, and commercial strategy into one cohesive product vision.
