Talent Sourcer
What you’ll be doing:
— Proactively source candidates for technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, direct outreach, and referrals.
— Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, including for international markets (US, EU).
— Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and provide relevant talent pools.
— Keep sourcing database/ATS up-to-date and support reporting on sourcing activities.
— Research and apply innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche or hard-to-find talent.
Requirements:
— 1+ years of experience as an IT Sourcer or in a similar sourcing-focused role.
— Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social networks).
— Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
— Understanding of the IT talent market and basic tech stack knowledge.
— English: Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
— Experience sourcing for international markets (especially US and EU).
— Background in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
— Familiarity with outstaff/outsourcing models.
