Talent Sourcer

What youโ€™ll be doing:
โ€” Proactively source candidates for technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, direct outreach, and referrals.
โ€” Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, including for international markets (US, EU).
โ€” Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and provide relevant talent pools.
โ€” Keep sourcing database/ATS up-to-date and support reporting on sourcing activities.
โ€” Research and apply innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche or hard-to-find talent.

 

Requirements:
โ€” 1+ years of experience as an IT Sourcer or in a similar sourcing-focused role.
โ€” Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social networks).
โ€” Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
โ€” Understanding of the IT talent market and basic tech stack knowledge.
โ€” English: Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).

 

Nice to have:
โ€” Experience sourcing for international markets (especially US and EU).
โ€” Background in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
โ€” Familiarity with outstaff/outsourcing models.
โ€” If you are in Chernivtsi โ€” this a huge plus
