Project Manager (Mobile) Offline

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager who’s eager to grow with us.

We’re building our own mobile products — and we’re looking for someone who’s not just tracking tasks, but a product-minded manager excited to influence processes, delivery approach, and team collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Planning and running sprints for mobile teams (iOS/Android).
 – Overseeing the full delivery cycle: backlog, development, testing, releases (App Store / Google Play).
 – Coordinating integrations with affiliate platforms, partners and anti-fraud solutions.
 – Managing incident response, hotfixes, and release rollbacks when needed.
 – Working closely with developers, designers, QA engineers and others
 – Tracking and reporting delivery metrics: crash-free rates, release velocity, incident resolution time.
 – Identifying risks (store requirements, regulatory updates, technical blockers) and preparing mitigation plans.
 – Facilitating transparent collaboration with stakeholders across operations, marketing, CRM, and support teams.

It’s a match if you have:

– 3–6 years of experience in IT project management, including 2–3 years in mobile app development with live releases in App Store / Google Play.
 – Strong experience working in compliance-driven industries (fintech, digital products, etc.).
 – Solid understanding of mobile delivery pipelines (TestFlight, internal tracks, phased rollout).
 – Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (6–15+ people), including distributed and vendor teams.
 – Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and incident/release management.
 – Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and keep priorities aligned.
