Creative Branding and UX/UI Designer (ReadyMag + AI Tools)

👀 What We’re Looking For
 

We're hunting for a creative unicorn — part visual poet, part UX/UI architect, part trend-chaser and part AI tech nerd. You’re the kind of person who saves fonts for fun, has folders full of moodboards. Someone who can take a blank page and turn it into a visual universe all tied together with a story and a vibe — from brand to campaign to site. You’re here to mostly make stuff that feels fresh, emotional, weird (in a good way), and unforgettable.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
 

  • Develop cool and creative complete brand identity systems (logo, color palette, typography, guidelines, tone)
  • Design and launch brand, packaging, and visual collateral
  • Create high-performing branding ad creatives for:
    • TikTok Shop & Spark Ads
    • Email Campaigns (visual storytelling + mobile-optimized design)
  • Build interactive and sick brand experiences in ReadyMag, Figma, or similar
  • Create concept-driven campaign visuals that live across organic + paid social, landing pages, and digital platforms
  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) to ideate, build, and test faster
  • Pitch experimental creative projects just for the love of design (FUN FOR THE SAKE OF DESIGN)
  • Build things that make people pause, scroll back, and say: “WTF is this? I love it.”
  • Collaborate with content C-level and developers
     

🛠️ Must-Have Skills
 

  • Deep understanding of branding (strategy, identity design, brand books)
  • Experience with brand campaigns and creative ads (especially for e-commerce and social-first brands)
  • Proficiency in ReadyMag (or similar no-code visual platforms)
  • Strong grasp of UX/UI design and mobile-first thinking
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital asset creation
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML, D-ID, etc.)
  • Obsession with typography, layout, and conceptual direction
  • Natural eye for trends, conceptual branding, aesthetic, and fresh visual language
  • Stay ahead of visual trends, conceptual branding, and emerging technologies
  • Desire to pitch bold, original ideas and bring your own creative projects to life
