Right now, we are strengthening our team and searching for a VIP Manager β a specialist who will:
- Build long-term relationships with high-value clients
- Apply modern sales methodologies
- Ensure the best service experience in the iGaming industry
Requirements
- π 1+ year of experience in sales or VIP account management (via phone)
- π Knowledge of sales methodologies and proven experience applying them
- β‘ Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure
- π Experience in active sales
- π English proficiency will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with VIP clients via phone, email, and messengers to build trust
- Apply effective sales techniques to strengthen client loyalty
- Continuously improve approaches to maximize sales results
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information on current promotions and offers
- Report technical issues to management and related departments to enhance user experience
