Client Solutions Manager
As a Client Solutions Manager with API and Meta product expertise, you will communicate directly with clients (agencies and direct clients) and internal teams to ensure successful media strategy execution, technical integration of Meta’s APIs, and the implementation of best-in-class advertising solutions. You will serve as both a strategic consultant and a technical specialist, supporting Meta Conversions API, WhatsApp Business API, Signals Gateway and other related configurations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing performance audits and optimization planning for Meta ad accounts and server-side signals
- Implementing and maintaining Conversions API (CAPI), CAPI Gateway, and Signals Gateway setups
- Supporting embedded WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) onboarding and integration through official BSPs
- Ensuring accurate event tracking (purchases, leads, etc.) and resolving issues related to deduplication and data delivery
- Conducting technical diagnostics via Events Manager, GTM, and Postman
- Providing expertise about Meta products to clients with set goals
- Providing consultations and trainings to clients about ad effectiveness, clients onboarding
- Participating in onboarding processes, preparing documentation and reusable technical templates
- Helping partners with Brand-lift studies, Conversion Lift research, A/B testing, not only setting up campaign but correctly understanding the results and educating clients about it
- Constant work on professional development: knowledge of Meta products, obtaining Blueprint certifications (exams are paid by the company)
- Acting as a liaison between clients, Meta, and platform teams to align tracking strategy and media planning
- Hosting client workshops, webinars, and internal team training on Meta APIs, platform innovation, and advertising effectiveness
- Initiating and supporting scalable best-practice use cases, collaborating closely with the Marketing and Client Partner teams
- Staying updated on Meta platform and privacy changes, including technical documentation, new APIs, and testing tools
- Mentoring internal team members on technical integrations, product updates, and performance frameworks
- Public speaking on events and webinars within relevant topics
Requirements:
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above
- Proven experience in Account Management and operational support roles
- Confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Ability to communicate complex data or integration logic in simple business language
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large datasets into strategic actions
- 2+ years of experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, GMP, etc.)
- Practical experience working with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and setting up server-side tracking
- Experience in client-facing API integration roles or technical support (e.g. CAPI, Signals Gateway, WhatsApp API, embedded onboarding)
- Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of technical problem-solving.
- Understanding of the digital industry and digital product delivery processes.
- Solid understanding of Meta’s advertising tools, performance measurement logic, and server-side tracking principles
- Public speaking skills and willingness to lead internal and external educational sessions
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in digital marketing, eCommerce, or ad tech
- Basic knowledge of SQL, cloud functions, or server-side GTM setup
- Understanding of other programmatic tools, CDPs, or marketing automation platforms
- Experience in digital media planning and campaign measurement
- Knowledge of statistics, previous experience in research: RCTs (random control trials), A/B experiments, geo experiments, etc.
- Experience preparing client-facing technical documentation, templates, or onboarding materials
