About the Role

We’re looking for an Chief Affiliate Operation to take ownership of creator partnerships and ensure smooth operations with bloggers, influencers, and affiliates.

You will:

 • Oversee content delivery by our influencers: timelines, formats, mentions, quality.

 • Calculate and manage payouts for each partner.

 • Handle creator communication: reminders, follow-ups, resolving edge cases.

 • Monitor content rights and ensure access and ownership are in place.

 • Maintain internal reporting: who delivered what, when, and how much they earned.

 • Proactively find and onboard new affiliates and creators via platforms, directories, and CPA networks.

Requirements:

 • Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer ops, or partner management.

 • Solid understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram environments.

 • Confident user of Google Sheets, task managers (Notion, Trello, etc.), and CRM tools.

 • Basic understanding of content licensing and contract structures.

 • English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

 • Independent, detail-oriented, and organized.

 • Proven experience in outreach and onboarding of new creators/affiliates.
