Video Creator (Web3/Blockchain)

We are looking for a video creator to join our team, capable of creating visually high-quality and conceptually accurate videos based on technical information. The main tasks are to transform product and engineering ideas into understandable, attractive video content.

Requirements:

- Experience working with technical specialists or IT teams (preferably Web3/DeFi/Tech).

- Understanding of how to interpret complex information in a simple format.

- Proficiency in video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, or similar).

- Ability to work with 2D and 3D graphics.

- Skills in working with platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

- Ability to present ideas — narrative, storyboarding, pacing, visual style.

Responsibilities:

- Creating short videos and animations based on technical materials.

- Developing storylines and scripts for discussion with the team.

- Selecting appropriate music, tempo, and atmosphere depending on the platform (X, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Working with 2D and 3D animation.

- Adapting content for different formats and platforms.

- Creating and presenting several storylines to choose from before starting production.
