I’m Sergei, co-founder at Yolk I'm Sergei, co-founder at Yolk, looking for a UI/Motion Product Designer to join our team.

If you’ve polished real SaaS products until they felt premium, and you know how to add just the right amount of motion to make them come alive, without overdoing it... 

If You understand that beautiful UI also has to work in Figma for engineers, that design is about speed as much as pixels, and that motion is the bridge between static screens and a real product experience...

What you’ll do:

• Own and lead the visual/UI polish of our product
• Bring interfaces to life with micro-interactions and motion design
• Keep Figma files structured for fast engineering handoff (Auto Layout, components, tokens)
• Work closely with CEO, PM, and engineers in fast weekly cycles
• Proactively generate solutions, iterate quickly, and collaborate tightly with frontend
• Help shape product goals and roadmap through design

What we’re looking for:
 

• 3–7 years of experience in UI/UX product design (SaaS / B2B a plus)
• Strong UI craftsmanship and polish (pixel-perfect mindset)
• Hands-on motion design skills (Figma animation, After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
• Figma mastery: Auto Layout, components, variants, tokens
• Ability to connect design work with product outcomes and user value
• Startup mindset: fast, collaborative, practical, no ego
