Talent Acquisition Manager (Mid-Level)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and proactive Middle Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a key role in scaling our hiring efforts. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in recruiting, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a genuine passion for finding and attracting top talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across departments, oversee the entire recruiting process, and help shape the future of our team by bringing in individuals who share our values and ambitions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and manage the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles across the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs, develop aligned hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates
- Source candidates through a variety of channels: LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, talent pools, and creative outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines, especially for technical, product, and creative roles
- Screen candidates and assess their hard and soft skills, and provide structured, insightful feedback to hiring teams
- Actively contribute to process improvements to increase hiring speed, quality, and candidate satisfaction
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication and thoughtful coordination
- Share insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence with internal stakeholders
- Act as a company ambassador and promote our brand, culture, and mission to external talent
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to make data-driven decisions and improve outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting (in-house or agency), preferably with a background in product companies
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing techniques
- Proven ability to find and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill or niche roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to build trusted relationships across levels
- Results-driven with a strong ownership mindset; comfortable working with goals and KPIs
- Fluent in English (written and spoken at an intermediate level or higher)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities
- A collaborative spirit and natural curiosity — always looking to learn and grow
