AI Prompt Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital products.
• Define product strategy, positioning, and competitive advantages.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify user needs.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, design, content, and analytics teams to achieve business goals.
• Organize efficient development processes, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Continuously improve user experience through feedback and behavioral data analysis.
• Monitor key product performance metrics, test hypotheses, and implement improvements.
• Identify new growth opportunities, design, and launch new features and services.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an AI Specialist or Product Manager (preferably in fintech or IT).
• Hands-on experience in managing digital product development.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• English level B1 or higher.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proven experience working with technical teams and delivering optimal solutions for product implementation.
