Delivery Manager / Project Coordinator Offline

We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Project Coordinator to join a fintech startup developing a multi-exchange trading platform.
Main tasks: coordinating the team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps), monitoring task quality and pull requests, participating in dailies, preparing reports, and providing progress feedback to the investor.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience as Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Scrum Master, task tracker experience, and basic understanding of development processes.
Remote, flexible schedule, small team, long-term collaboration.
 

About the Company

We are developing a multi-exchange trading web platform with algo-trading and analytics support. The team consists of Backend, Frontend, DevOps engineers, and the Product Owner. We are looking for a person who will take ownership of process organization, task control, and communication with the investor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of the team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Product Owner).
• Manage and monitor tasks in the tracker:
  • check correctness of task descriptions,
  • return/clarify poorly defined tasks,
  • assist in creating/refining new tasks.
• Control development processes quality:
  • review pull requests for compliance with standards,
  • monitor deadlines and priorities.
• Organize and participate in daily stand-ups.
• Reporting on progress:
  • prepare short updates for the investor,
  • manage automated reporting service for monthly reports,
  • maintain and structure historical reporting.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication between the team and the investor (realistic, understandable feedback).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Scrum Master.
• Solid understanding of agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to apply them in practice.
• Hands-on experience with task trackers (Jira, Trello, Linear, or similar).
• Basic understanding of software development processes (Frontend/Backend/DevOps) — without coding required.
• Strong skills in task formulation and tracking.
• Excellent communication skills: structured, clear, diplomatic.
• Ability to prepare reports for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Startup experience.
• Experience working directly with investors/stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GitFlow and ability to check PR quality.
• English proficiency for partner communication.
