Affiliate Manager (crypto igaming)

We are actively expanding and inviting an Affiliate Manager to join our team, who will have complete freedom in decision-making and implementing his ideas.

What we expect from you:

• Work experience in the crypto iGaming vertical for at least 1 year.
• Understanding of working with affiliates and partner networks.
• Solid knowledge of key metrics: CPI, CPL, CPA, CPM, ROI, LTV.
• Experience in traffic analysis and optimization, working with spreadsheets and dashboards (Google Docs, Looker Studio, etc.).
• English — B1+ level (able to correspond with international partners).

Your responsibilities will be:

• Attracting and developing affiliates (arbitrage teams, crypto communities, CPA networks).
• Segmenting partners and preparing personalized offers.
• Reactivating inactive affiliates and driving new launches.
• Analyzing and optimizing the traffic funnel: CTR, CR, FTD, ROI.
• Preparing regular reports and analytical summaries on partner and channel performance.
• Working with Google Sheets/CRM for transparent statistics management.
• Building long-term win-win relationships with partners.
