Middle Project Manager
Akurateco is a cutting-edge white-label payment software provider with 15+ years of hands-on experience in the payment industry, bringing fully-brandable and easily customizable payment software to our customers.
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a product or service IT company
- Hands-on experience with complex software integrations involving multiple stakeholders (clients, internal teams);
- Strong initiative and proactive mindset โ ability to independently identify problems and drive solutions without constant supervision;
- Result-oriented approach with a clear focus on business value and delivery;
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking;
- Excellent communication skills โ ability to clearly articulate ideas, negotiate, align expectations, and influence stakeholders;
- Ability to effectively collaborate with software developers and technical teams, speak their language, and remove blockers;
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile / Kanban methodologies;
- Strong Jira experience (JQL, Boards, Reports, Dashboards, backlog management);
- English level โ at least Intermediate;
- Experience in technical support or business analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage projects end-to-end: initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and closure;
- Communicate directly with clients, gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high customer satisfaction;
- Manage project risks, budgets, dependencies, and priorities;
- Lead and coordinate the development team, motivate team members, and help remove impediments;
- Manage day-to-day operational activities of assigned projects;
- Use advanced delivery and performance metrics to control timelines, quality, and efficiency;
- Provide clear and transparent project reporting to stakeholders using Jira tools;
- Participate in all projects together with the Senior Project Manager;
- Assist the Senior Project Manager with administrative and organizational tasks;
- Work with company documentation, key metrics, and spreadsheets;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
