Regional Marketing Manager (Ukraine)

We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (Ukraine) — someone who can build an effective marketing strategy, manage traffic acquisition channels, diversify them, and maximize ROI.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing: Market analysis (SWOT), identifying new growth opportunities, developing and optimizing acquisition channels within the approved budget. Initiating marketing campaigns together with Promo, Brand, and CRM teams to attract new players.
• Management: Functional leadership of internal teams, providing clear tasks, and coordinating operational activities.
• Legal: Close cooperation with the Legal department to ensure full compliance with local regulations and monitoring legislative changes.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in iGaming)
• Strong commercial mindset and leadership skills
• Ability to work with data and analyze trends
• Experience in managing budgets and P&L
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
