PMO Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and structured PMO Coordinator to join our Business Operations team and support the successful delivery of strategic and operational initiatives across the company. This role is a key part of our PMO-lite model, acting as a delivery partner to initiative owners โ€” providing hands-on support throughout the planning, execution, and closure phases of corporate initiatives. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support Initiative Owners with structuring delivery plans, defining milestones, and aligning stakeholders 
  • Facilitate planning sessions, help define success criteria, timelines, and resource needs 
  • Ensure initiatives follow standardized lifecycle: Planning โ†’ Execution โ†’ Closure 
  • Track initiative progress in work management tools (Azure DevOps) 
  • Organize regular initiative check-ins and prepare progress updates for leadership 
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers โ€” and coordinate resolution with relevant teams 
  • Maintain initiative documentation, charters, and closure reports 
  • Assist in continuously improving PMO-lite templates, checklists, and workflows 
     

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years experience in PMO, project coordination, or operational delivery roles 
  • Solid understanding of project delivery phases and initiative governance 
  • Hands-on experience with task/project management tools (Azure DevOps preferably) 
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work across departments 
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset 
  • English proficiency (Upper Intermediate or higher) 
     

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience in a scale-up or transformation-focused environment 
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery or Lean process improvement 
  • Exposure to OKRs or strategic planning frameworks
