Chief Affiliate Officer — Turkey I Emerging GEOs

We’re on the hunt for a Chief Affiliate Officer who can take our affiliate game to the next level. You’ll be driving growth across Turkey and other emerging markets, building killer strategies, and leading a team of top-notch affiliate managers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning affiliate strategy for Turkey & Tier-3 / emerging GEOs.
• Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing affiliate team.
• Building and scaling social & influencer traffic channels.
• Negotiating exclusive deals, optimizing RevShare partnerships, and squeezing the most out of every GEO.
• Exploring new verticals and finding opportunities where others see “too risky.”

What we expect from you:

• 3–4+ years in affiliate marketing (iGaming experience is a huge plus).
• Proven track record in social/influencer traffic.
• Experience in team leadership & hiring.
• Strategic thinking for multi-GEO expansion.
• Solid RevShare expertise.

Red flags:

• Only CPA / media buying background.
• No social/influence traffic experience.
• Single-GEO focus.
• Over a year away from affiliate work.
