We are seeking a visionary Technical Architect to drive the design and execution of cutting-edge software solutions. If you thrive at the intersection of UI/UX design, product/project management, and full-stack development, this role is for you!

You will need to build our AI-driven Communication Platform from the ground up within our SaaS ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to architect and develop a cutting-edge communication solution that will redefine industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real-time communication platforms, AI integration, and a proven track record of leading successful tech teams in a SaaS environment.

About the Role:
You’ll architect scalable systems, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver products that redefine user experiences. Your expertise in both frontend finesse and backend robustness will shape our tech landscape.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Required:

✅5+ years in software development, including 2+ years leading engineering teams.

✅Expertise in full-stack development:

✅The main focus to be : AI

✅Frontend: React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.

✅Backend: Java, Python, or C# (.NET Core).

✅Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) 
✅Strong communication skills 

✅ To set technical priorities which align with the vision of the company to develop products and services which are in line with the priorities of the company;
✅ Leading, mentoring, and guiding the growth of the company, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, empowerment, and accountability;
✅ Overseeing the designing and development of embedded systems and firmware for our software platform;
✅ Being a champion for coding standards, and ensuring team members follow best practices, and adhere to agreed standards;

✅ Oversee project lifecycle management, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

🚀 Bonus IF:

Exposure to AI integration or real-time communication systems (WebRTC, VoIP).

Familiarity with architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven design).

Certifications in cloud architecture or project management (PMP, Scrum Master).
