Overview of the position
At Payop, we are looking for a skilled Middle Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing FinTech team. This role focuses exclusively on non-technical hiring across multiple markets. You will handle the full recruitment process, build strong connections, and support our employer brand, working with hiring managers to find the right talent for our business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening to offer and pre-onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create engaging job descriptions
- Identify and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and research
- Prepare well-structured job descriptions and manage the application process
- Conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications, and perform reference checks
- Maintain accurate candidate data and track progress in our ATS and CRM tools
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future non-technical roles
- Prepare concise daily recruitment progress reports
- Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen our market presence
- Suggest and implement process improvements in recruitment workflows, ATS setup, and reporting
Requirements & Skills
✅ 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
🌍 Proven success in hiring across UA/EU markets.
🔎 Strong sourcing skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing methods.
🛠️ Experience with recruitment tools, sourcing methods, hiring metrics, and reporting in GSheets & other tools.
🎯 Solid understanding of headhunting tactics and proactive outreach.
🤝 Ability to build and maintain a candidate pool for future hiring needs.
⏱️ Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
💬 Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates & hiring managers.
✅Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
