We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer who’s ready to make a real impact on how millions of users interact with our product through high-performing video creatives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-converting video creatives for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to discuss concepts, refine creatives, and deliver compelling visual content based on briefs.
  • Work with animation, sound design, and subtitles to enhance emotional impact and engagement.
  • Iterate on creatives based on key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, Hook Rate).
  • Stay on top of advertising trends, analyze competitors’ promos and social media activity.
  • Test new tools, effects, and plugins; build templates to streamline production.
  • Optimize the creative workflow for better team efficiency.
  • Participate in brainstorms and research that shape ideas seen by millions.
  • Lead and support the development of junior motion designers.

👀 What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in motion design or video production, ideally in performance marketing.
  • A strong portfolio — especially showcasing ads built for direct-response campaigns.
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of editing, 2D animation, sound design, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with AI tools, automation, and plugins in motion design workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, and timing.
  • Basic video shooting skills and a good eye for design principles.
  • High creativity and the ability to produce ideas that align with user and business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-organization, and time management.
  • English level B1 or higher — for communication, research, and working with content.
