Role Overview

 

We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst eager to dive into the world of AI and digital transformation. You’ll work closely with our founders and product teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and help shape AI solutions for primarily US-based clients — including big, well-known brands.

You’ll also contribute to crafting proposals for inbound new business opportunities, turning interest into concrete projects. This is a hands-on learning role where you’ll gain valuable experience in AI product development, stakeholder communication, and business analysis — all while working on projects at the forefront of innovation.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Support Requirements Gathering
    • Assist in interviews, workshops, and research to uncover client needs.
    • Document business processes, pain points, and AI opportunities.
    • Draft user stories, process diagrams, and feature lists.
  • Collaborate with Founders & Teams
    • Join meetings with founders, clients, engineers, and designers.
    • Ensure business needs are clearly understood by technical teams.
    • Take detailed meeting notes and track action items.
  • Work with US Clients & New Business
    • Participate in calls with US-based clients, including major household-name brands.
      Help prepare proposals, presentations, and scope documents for inbound leads.
    • Assist in tailoring AI solutions to specific industry and client needs.
  • Contribute to AI Product Development
    • Research AI tools, frameworks, and market trends.
    • Help prepare feature specifications and test scenarios.
    • Support quality checks and collect feedback for improvement.
  • Learn & Grow
    • Build skills in business analysis, product management, and AI concepts.
    • Learn to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions.
       

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Experience & Education:
    • 0–2 years in business analysis, product, or tech-related roles.
    • Degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Skills:
    • Fluent English is a must.
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
    • Curiosity about AI and digital products.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
    • Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Excel, and ChatGPT.
  • Mindset:
    • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
    • Collaborative, open-minded, and adaptable.
