Product Manager iGaming (Casino)

Responsibilities:
1. Product development within the framework of the project:    

• Formation of a product strategy (analysis of target audience, competitors, market);   
• Prioritization of features and improvements (based on data and business goals).

2. Content management and monetization:    

• Selection and integration of games (slots, live casinos) from providers;   
• Optimization of the bonus system and payment methods;  
• Setting up personalized offers (CRM, segmentation).

3. Data-driven optimization:    

• Analysis of metrics (NGR, ARPU, churnrate, LTV);    
• A/B-UX/UI tests (gameplay, menus, advertising banners).

4. Traffic and customer experience:    

• Participation in the development of LP and promotional materials (in conjunction with marketing);    
• Optimization of the player's path: from the first touch to the second deposit;   
• Implementation of trigger communications (email/push/SMS). 

What we expect:

• Experience in the role of Product manager in the iGaming field for at least 3 years;
• Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling a product to the iGaming market;
• Team management experience and experience in building processes in a product team;
• Deep understanding of processes in iGaming projects;
• Experience working with product analytics tools;
• Autonomy, adaptability, the ability to make independent decisions, the search for innovative new ideas, the ability to communicate with colleagues and work with a team;
• Active participation in the development and life of the brand, offering innovations and a creative approach to solving problems.
