Amazon Project Manager to $2500

🌟 We’re a fast-growing, fully remote e-commerce team selling on Amazon, Shopify, and new channels. Our goal: scale from 7 to 8 figures in the next 3–5 years.
 

We’re looking for a systems-driven Amazon Project Manager ready to grow into Operations Manager within ~12 months.

You’ll build our operating system — simple, reliable processes, smart automations, and dashboards to help us deliver on promises with fewer issues and lower costs.

Requirements:

✔️ Operations mindset — stability, efficiency, systems thinking.
✔️ Workflow design — turn chaos into clear steps; guide others in creating SOPs.
✔️ Data literacy — use formulas, charts, and insights for decisions.

✔️ Change management — train teams, enforce SLAs, prevent process breakdown.
✔️ Quality & compliance — spot risks and create rollback plans.
✔️ Tooling skills — Asana (or ClickUp/Monday) admin-level: custom fields, rules, cross-functional projects.
✔️ Experience — Amazon Seller Central (FBA, account management).

Nice to Have:

🔹 Basic P&L knowledge (revenue, COGS, margin impact).
🔹 Familiarity with process-mapping tools (Miro, Lucid).
 

Responsibilities:

🗺️ Map workflows, set KPIs, and design improvements.
⚙️ Implement lasting systems and controls (clear SLAs/owners, dashboards, alerts, automated handoffs, audits).
📚 Ensure documentation and team training.
📅 Lead sprints, stand-ups, weekly reviews, retros, and Go / No-Go checkpoints.
📊 Turn data into actionable steps.
👥 Hire, onboard, and schedule freelancers/collaborators.
🤝 Coordinate with marketing, finance, 3PLs & suppliers; negotiate and monitor SLAs.
🧩 Keep Asana “healthy” - no broken systems, abandoned tasks, or overdue work.

💰 Compensation: Base $2,500 + performance bonus.
