We offer outsourcing and outstaffing services for quality assurance and art production to companies worldwide from casual games to complex AAA projects.
SnoopGame has over 150 employees from countries including Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Macedonia. Our company is actively growing, and our HR department is expanding, so we are looking for an ambitious recruiter to join our recruitment team.

Requirements:
— 0-6 months of commercial experience in the position of Researcher or Recruiter.
— Courses in recruiting; self-study of recruiting theory and HR processes.
— Well-developed communication, negotiation and objection handling skills.
— Knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level (to enable oral communication).

Responsibilities:
— Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
— Conducting interviews.
— Working with external platforms (LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, etc.).
— Maintaining and expanding the internal candidate database in the ATS system.
— Managing recruitment funnel reporting.
— Utilizing various tools in work, including AI.
