Community Manager (Startup Hub, Romania — AIESEC Global Talent)

About the Role
Join Founders Hive in Cluj-Napoca — a dynamic community for entrepreneurs, powered by ClujStartups. We’re looking for a proactive Community Manager to run daily operations, build relationships, and create engaging content that brings our startup hub to life.

You Will

• Be the go-to person for members and visitors
• Keep the space running smoothly (supplies, tech, vibe)
• Manage event calendars and support logistics
• Create high-energy content for Instagram/TikTok
• Share founder stories and community wins

You Have

• Strong communication skills in English (B2+)
• Experience in community building, marketing, or events
• Creativity and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Skills with Canva, Trello, Notion (nice to have)
• Video shooting/editing is a plus
