Delivery Manager/ Program Manager

Our client is an international IT company that develops innovative solutions for corporate clients. A team is currently being formed for a new project to create a Learning Management System (LMS).

About the role:

This is a Program Manager position with a focus on managing the project delivery process. Your task is to ensure team coordination, budget management and quality control, as well as support for the client's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

 • Act as the single point of contact for the client.

 • Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the LMS program.

 • Manage all teams involved in the project.

 • Coordinate the program plan in alignment with the client’s senior leadership strategies.

 • Ensure governance models and structures comply with company and client requirements.

 • Collaborate with all stakeholders, including external partners.

 • Work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define the MVP.

 • Lead the team overseeing development, testing, releases, DevOps, and product launch.

 • Maintain a detailed Gantt plan to ensure timelines and releases to test environments are met.

 • Resolve issues, remove blockers, and manage risks.

 • Understand the technology stack at an operational level (MS .NET 8 Core, React 18, MongoDB, Postgres DB).

 • Safeguard the company’s reputation.

 • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to optimize Scrum processes.

 • Manage financial aspects of the program: budget control, profitability, and cost optimization.

 • Provide regular status updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and issues.

Requirements:

 • Project or Program Management certifications.

 • Lean / Agile certifications.

 • Proven experience managing IT programs.

 • Strategic mindset.

 • Skills in risk and budget management.

 • Experience in resource planning and team management.

 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

 • Demonstrated leadership qualities.

 • Excellent communication skills.
