E-mail Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a strong E-mail & CRM Marketer who thinks in funnels, understands customer behavior, and knows how to build personalized communication at every stage of the player lifecycle. You'll be working with a highly engaged audience β your goal isnβt just to send emails, but to create smart journeys, use all available channels, and ensure every touchpoint delivers value.

Requirement
- 1+ year of experience in email/CRM communications;
- Confident use of ESP/CRM platforms;
- Skills in segmentation, A/B testing, and building trigger-based journeys;
- Analytical mindset β ability to work with metrics, hypotheses, and retention indicators;
- Literacy, structured thinking, and attention to detail;
- Ability to write in a clear, lively, and persuasive style.
π Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for player retention, reactivation, and LTV growth;
- Set up and optimize email flows, push notifications, in-account messages, SMS, and other channels;
- Work with segments from new registrations to VIPs and churned users;
- Collaborate with analysts, copywriters, designers, and the promo team;
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and implement improvements;
- Create and manage welcome series, bonus mailings, promotional campaigns, and drip scenarios;
- Continuously analyze the database and monitor open rates, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribes.

- Experience in iGaming or betting industry;
- Knowledge of English or Spanish;
- Experience with Telegram bots and omnichannel communication;
- Understanding of gamification, bonus mechanics, and engagement funnels.
