- Prepare and provide regular updates to management after each sprint.
- Work with the product team to plan and prioritize features, providing technical leadership on sizing, dependencies, and technical debt.
- Develop and approve product release schedules with technical teams and the business, ensuring timely execution.
- Ensure proper interaction with all stakeholders, including clients, to discuss product functionality, performance, and support.
- Identify and resolve issues in the software development process, continuously improving team practices.
- Foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and accountability within teams to achieve high performance.
Required Skills:
- Senior-level experience in a technical field (devops, QA, front-end/back-end).
- Proven experience in program or portfolio management within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging interpersonal dynamics and work constructively with colleagues in difficult situations.
- In-depth understanding of the software development process and experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with developing and optimizing CI/CD processes, automating testing and deployment.
- Experience in managing and optimizing backlogs, effective planning of tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication skills: ability to convey technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational abilities.
- B2+ level English, for effective communication with international clients and teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Interview Stages:
- First interview with HR (up to 1 hour): general questions, motivation, experience.
- Second interview with the Delivery Manager (up to 2 hours): case studies, live coding or SQL tasks, technical skills assessment.
What We Offer:
- Work in a stable company, Kozak Group, which is actively growing and has many exciting projects.
- Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work.
