PR Manager (Personal Brand Manager for CEO)
We are seeking an experienced personal PR and brand manager to work exclusively with our CEO, amplifying his public profile across different media, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and any other social channels that serve his personal-brand goals. The ideal candidate already has a proven record of shaping and scaling executive reputations and can both strategise and execute in a hands-on manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, refine, and run a holistic personal-brand strategy that positions the CEO as a leading voice in gaming and Web3;
• Identify and secure keynote slots, podcast appearances, guest columns, and panel discussions that strengthen his authority;
• Craft engaging, on-brand daily/weekly content calendars (X & LinkedIn);
• Grow follower communities organically, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices for each platform (X & LinkedIn);
• Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and key media outlets;
• Secure regular media coverage, interviews, and op-eds aligned with the CEO’s positioning and broader business objectives;
• Produce polished press releases, op-eds, ghost-written articles, threads, speeches, Q&As, and newsletter copy in the CEO’s voice (English & Ukrainian);
• Lead narrative-driven campaigns that highlight the CEO’s vision and tie into key company milestones;
• Work closely with the CMO and marketing department to ensure all personal-brand initiatives are fully aligned with the company’s product roadmap, business strategy, and broader communications efforts;
• Manage messaging, briefing materials, and media interactions around major industry events and CEO appearances.
Requirements
• 3+ years’ dedicated experience in personal PR or executive communications, preferably supporting founders or C-suite leaders;
• Demonstrable success in building public profiles on X/Twitter and LinkedIn; cross-platform expertise (YouTube, podcasts, Discord, etc.) is a plus;
• Solid background in gaming, blockchain, AI, or broader tech ecosystems would be a big plus;
• Robust global media/journalists network, ideally within gaming/Web3;
• Native-level writing and editing skills in English and Ukrainian;
• Highly proactive, well-organised, and comfortable juggling multiple initiatives independently;
• Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on, “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.
