HRD/ HR Generalist

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist who can own the full HR cycle: from recruitment and process optimization to onboarding, talent management, and company culture development. This is a role for someone with strategic thinking, speed, and the ability to read between the lines.

What you’ll do
- Talent Acquisition (hiring the “right people”): creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, sourcing, conducting interviews, providing recommendations to management, and preparing job offers.
- Process Management: optimizing and supporting HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, evaluations, performance reviews, and HR administration for vacation, sick leave, and working days tracking).
- Employer Experience: organizing new-hire adaptation, integrating employees into the company culture, ensuring they have the necessary resources to get started, and improving company policies.
- HR Operations: supporting disciplinary and organizational matters, ensuring timely execution of tasks and KPIs by the team and managers (task navigation in ClickUp and follow-up on agreements made during team topic-focused meetings).
- Employer Branding: contributing to building a positive employer image in the labor market.
You’re a great fit if you have
- 3–5+ years as an HR Manager / HR Generalist, ideally in e-commerce or IT.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment (middle, senior, executive roles).
- Experience optimizing HR processes in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with different personalities.
- Fast reaction speed, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Confident English (B2+).
