HR Manager / HR Generalist

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist who can own the full HR cycle: from recruitment and process optimization to onboarding, talent management, and company culture development. This is a role for someone with strategic thinking, speed, and the ability to read between the lines.

What you’ll do

 

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: create job descriptions, publish vacancies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and prepare offers.
  • HR Process Management: improve onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and other HR processes.
  • Employee Exprtience: guide new hires into company culture and provide resources for a smooth start.
  • HR Operations: handle employee relations, ensure tasks for new hires are completed on time.
  • Employer Branding: contribute to building a strong employer brand in the market.
  • Implementing HR analytics: tracking time-to-hire, retention rate, and channel efficiency.

 

You’re a great fit if you have

 

  • 3–5+ years as an HR Manager / HR Generalist, ideally in e-commerce or IT.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment (middle, senior, executive roles).
  • Experience optimizing HR processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with different personalities.
  • Fast reaction speed, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Confident English (B2+).
