Project/ Product Manager

We're looking for a Technical Product & Project Manager to lead complex AI/ML or software projects from concept to launch. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, and stakeholders) and use modern AI tools to supercharge delivery, documentation, and decision-making.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to break down complexity into clarity.

You will be work with  US Time Zone (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST).

Responsibilities:

• Define project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine backlog items and ensure clear, testable, and valuable stories.
• Prioritize features and tasks using data-driven frameworks such as RICE, WSJF, or ROI analysis.
• Clearly communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and risks, including build vs. buy vs. partner strategies.
• Align product roadmap with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Continuously improve processes and contribute to the team's Agile maturity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading complex software or AI/ML projects end-to-end, with cross-functional teams (≈8+ people).
• Mastery of project management tools: Jira, Linear, Trello — including automations, workflows, dashboards, and SLAs.
• Strong technical literacy: able to parse specifications, read light code (Python, TypeScript), understand APIs, Git, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD: AWS, GCP, or Azure basics; GitHub or GitLab pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills — comfortable crafting exec-level updates, PRDs, RFCs, and facilitating alignment across teams.
• Formal knowledge and hands-on application of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Power-user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for writing, ideation, planning, and reviews.
